Training

AMG requires that all our mechanical engineers and technicians are practicing the most current state of the art mechanical methods of technology, also meeting all regulations of E.P.A. guidelines. We require our mechanical engineers and technicians to maintain 144 hours per year, of related field training, and must continue to re-certify in both NATE and RSES certifications.

Quality Control

Our Quality Assurance Department will perform daytime inspections of your workplace at your convenience. This practice helps maintain AMG's high standards and encourages feedback from our customers.

Maintenance Schedules

All maintenance operations are generally performed at non-peak business hours.

Communication

Phone Support: We work when you work - so we'll be available when you need us. We are here for consultation and emergencies, should they arise.
Radio Dispatched: We have a fleet of radio dispatched vehicles, keeping the response time to a minimum.
Paging System: Our mechanical engineers are accessible 24 hours a day via beepers and Nextel phones. This tool assures rapid response both in emergency situations or simply to make a special request.
