Job Duties:

• Diagnose, repair and service commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rooftops units, make-up air units, walk-in coolers/freezers, and chillers.
• Perform preventative maintenance for optimal operation and efficiency.
• Work closely with dispatch and team members to deliver top-quality customer service.
• Communicate with customers to provide diagnosis and recommendations for repair and/or replacement.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and education to remain current with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment and company vehicle.
• Represent American Mechanical Group, Inc. with professionalism, integrity and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration repair and service.
• Universal EPA Certification
• Possess a mechanical and analytical aptitude.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends on a rotational on-call schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Assist in the diagnosis, repair, and service of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rooftop units, make-up air units, walk-in coolers/freezers, and chillers.
• Assist in performing preventative maintenance for optimal operation and efficiency.
• Learn how to properly diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Communicate with customers to provide diagnosis and recommendations for repair and/or replacement.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment and company vehicle.
