| Kyle showed me a picture of the furnace housing itself when he was here, detailing why it needed to be chemically cleaned. We really appreciated his professionalism and friendliness when he was here as we were having some babysitting situations at the time, which he handled well. |

| Just want you to be aware of what wonderful workers you are sending out. Bill, Tate, Hank, Jason & Kyle are super in representing your company. They all worked so hard on days that were over 92 degrees! It was a pleasure to have them in our home. |
