| Thank you for sending Jason out yesterday so quickly! He was wonderful! He knew right away what was wrong and explained everything to me perfectly. He went out of his way to get the parts that we needed, in bad weather to boot! He did a great job and even fixed the mess I made trying to install the new thermostat! He didn’t even mind my Great Dane insisting on trying to help him! Thank you so much! It’s great to be nice and warm again! |

| Just want you to be aware of what wonderful workers you are sending out. Bill, Tate, Hank, Jason & Kyle are super in representing your company. They all worked so hard on days that were over 92 degrees! It was a pleasure to have them in our home. |
